Survey of Business Partners
Under the basic philosophy of coexistence and mutual prosperity with our trading partners, and maintenance of fair and appropriate transactional relationships, the Internal Audit Office in the division that reports directly to the President monitors the state of compliance with laws and regulations such as the Basic Purchasing Policy and Subcontracting Act, through annual surveys of our business partners. These surveys began in 2004. In the fiscal year ended December 2024 (the 21st survey), links to our web-based questionnaire were emailed to 615 business partners. We received replies from 533 companies.
Opinions given in the questionnaires are investigated by the Internal Audit Office, after which improvements and corrections are made in coordination with the relevant departments to ensure business dealings are sound.
