FANCL Group’s Human Rights Policy
Based on our corporate philosophy of “Eliminating the ‘negatives’ with a sense of justice,” in 2018 we formulated our “FANCL Group Sustainable Declaration: Building a Bright Future Together” to express our will to face uncertainties in the future, such as environmental and social problems, and together with our stakeholders create a sense of hope for the realization of a sustainable society for people today and into the future.
Respect for human rights is the foundation of all our business activities. To fulfill and promote our responsibility of respecting the human rights of everyone involved in our business, we have established the FANCL Group Human Rights Policy (our “Policy”) as a guideline for the overall Group. Our Policy takes precedent over all documents and norms regarding efforts to respect human rights in the FANCL Group's business activities.
